Other important step towards the best quality out-put is; the die-casting equipment. We have new generation hot chamber equipments, looking force from 50 to 125 MT, equipped with the most modern means, to get the best quality to the out puts.
In detail the gripper E1. This equipment helps us to avoid possible deformation when the piece goes out the mould and to keep an uniform cadence production
Detail computer control. This control helps us to see at the same time that the machine is working the filled up mould conditions and all die- casting´ parameters. The this information analysis let us know the piece´ quality.
The sprayer. The uniform and precise distribution helps us in the cadence production and in the piece’ quality.
